Choir Sunday

Worship at St. Andrew's is immeasurably enhanced by the work of Dr. Eppink and the members of the Choir.  After the 10 a.m. service this Sunday, we'll hold a special coffee hour celebration to thank the choir members for their hard work and dedication this past year.

Planning Meeting

Vestry member, ministry chairs and all other parish leaders are needed at the fall planning meeting! St. Andrew's is a busy place and planning our schedule early helps ensure that each ministry gets time for its special events. The meeting will take place Tuesday June 22nd after the Eucharist.

Sunday School

The Sunday School year finished yesterday with a wonderful celebration and lots of ice cream! The children and youth of the parish served as lectors, ushers and oblationers and Caroline Gregg gave a homily as the Senior Speaker. Our students are a vital part of our congregation and we are blessed by their presence.  Special thanks go out to Martha Iannacone who coordinates Youth Ministries at St. Andrew's with such dedication and talent.  Thanks also to Lynn Nally and Maureen Bibik for coordinating our Ice Cream Sunday.   Parents should note that while Sunday School is ended for the summer, we will continue to have nursery care.  If you want to help with the nursery please contact Martha Iannacone (439-9329) or use the sign-up sheet on the nursery door.

Diocesan Convention

Diocesan Convention begins Friday and continues through Sunday.  For information about registration please check this link. Rev'd Mary will be offering a workshop on the congregational life cycle on Friday. So be sure to check that out if you are there.

St. Andrew's Products

As warm weather approaches, the Outreach Committee reminds us that our beautiful St. Andrew's polo and tee shirts are ready to wear.  We have a large supply of polos, tees (for children), tote bags and aprons all priced very well.  These were developed to give visibility to St. Andrew's at various events such as Crop Walk, Love Thy Neighborhood community dinners, diocesan events, charitable walks, parish "Shirt Sunday", and at our annual end-of-the summer picnic, etc.  The products will be available during coffee hour after Sunday services.  You can obtain them from any Outreach Committee member or call Lee Cameron at 489-2487.
